LOA Youth Ranch is committed to the safety of our children so we require every session to have a session assistant present to observe and assist with the session as needed. This role has a lower level of commitment requirement and doesn’t require any special training or experience.
While this role may not be highly technical it is extremely important and allows us to do what we do with certainty that our kiddos and session leaders always have the support that they need.
This role is a great entry point for someone that might want to become a session mentor but is not sure exactly what it entails.
