At LOA Youth Ranch, the safety and support of our children are our top priorities. To ensure every session has the oversight it deserves, we aim to have a Session Assistant present to observe and assist. This is a low-commitment role that requires no prior experience—just a heart for helping our youth and supporting our mentors.
While this role may not be highly technical it is extremely important and allows us to do what we do with certainty that our kiddos and session leaders always have the support that they need.
This role is a great entry point for someone that might want to become a session mentor but is not sure exactly what it entails.
